1. Are your boot's real?

All of our boots are 100% authentic and sourced from trusted sources. If you have any questions around authenticity before buying then please contact us on admin@bootscentric.co.za

2. Are your boots new?

We only sell new boots. As described in each product description.

3. Will you ship overseas?

We ship worldwide with DHL Express. This takes between 3-4 working days. Tracking provided straight after ordering. We will not be held responsible for any import taxes you may receive on arrival into the country.

5. I've just purchased some boots, When will they be sent?

Once you have purchased your boots and received a confirmation email then your boots will be sent out within 48 hours but often within 24 hours. Once they have been posted you will receive an email with the tracking information.

6. Who will deliver my boots?

DHL is the only courier we use.

7. I've received my boots but want to return them?
